A big well done to all the children who filled shoeboxes over half term. Last week they delivered all their shoeboxes down to the hall and on Friday the Team Hope van arrived to collect 328 shoeboxes!
A camera crew from RTE came to interview and film in Ms Farrar's 5th Class as they filled their shoeboxes. This piece was broadcast on News2Day on Friday afternoon. This was particularly appropriate as Taney was the first school in Ireland to get on board with the shoebox project back in 1999.
