Christmas festivities have begun in 1st class. Here are some photos of us decorating our classroom and heading to nativity practice. Here is a class picture of us before our dress rehearsal.
We were learning about different types of houses as part of our Geography lessons. We learned all about tipis—their inhabitants and where they were found. Then, we decided to create our own tipis using sticks. We had a lot of fun!
We learnt a lot about the seasons and the changes that occur. We went on a nature trail to Airfield and sorted what we collected into different groups using our senses.
Mrs Fitzroy very kindly taught us all about what is inside an ambulance. She even let us climb inside. We could fit 46 children in there!!
We started Gymnastics with Mark and Andy. It was great fun!
